Last updated: July 18, 2026
Welcome to CodeMotion. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website motionscode.com and the educational content we publish (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
CodeMotion provides free educational programming content — short animated lessons covering algorithms, data structures, games, and design patterns — presented visually in Arabic and English. Content is provided for general learning purposes.
2. Educational purpose & no warranty
Our content is offered for educational purposes only and on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that the content is complete, current, or error-free. You are responsible for how you apply what you learn. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on the content.
3. Intellectual property
The CodeMotion name, logo, website design, and original videos and materials are owned by CodeMotion and protected by applicable laws. You may watch, share links to, and reference our content for personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, redistribute, re-upload, or create derivative works from our videos or materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
4. Code samples
Short code snippets shown in our lessons are provided to illustrate concepts and may be used freely in your own projects and learning. They come with no warranty and no guarantee of fitness for any particular purpose.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in any unlawful way or to infringe others’ rights.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems.
- Misrepresent our content as your own or remove attribution and branding.
6. Third-party platforms & links
We publish on and link to third-party platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, sites, or services.
7. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeMotion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
